In June and July 2007 David Phillips, a team member of DMGF GlobalMedic and an MD student at the University of Toronto, partnered with Liberty Wellness Initiative Foundation to deliver medications to the people of Cambodia. The following medications were donated:
1. Centre For International Health – Rural Outreach Clinics are being held on a regular basis in Krong Keb province, led by a Windsor ER physician Dr. Rebecca Draisey, the site director for the University of Toronto Centre for International Health Field Station. The clinics have also been staffed with medical students and residents as well as local nurses and health workers. The clinics service families and vulnerable populations including AIDS patients far from urban medical facilities.

2. Action to End Exploitation - Action to End Exploitation is a Canadian based not-for-profit organization working in the field of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Our mission is to improve the lives of women and children who have been exploited, or who represent a high risk for exploitation, by the commercial sex industry. We are a non-religious, non-partisan organization focused on empowering women, supporting development, and improving the lives of those victimized by the commercial sex industry. Dr. Draisey was able to coordinate a partnership that will see treatments provided for many months to victims of the sex trade.

3. Kroung Kaeb Operational District Health Department – This district has a referral hospital and several rural clinics staffed by physicinas and nurses. They will be distributing the medications throughout the province with the assistance of Dr. Draisey.
