EARTHQUAKE RESPONSE 2015

April 25, 2015 at 11:56 Nepal Standard Time, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Nepal. It killed over 9,000 people and injured more than 25,000. Estimates suggest nearly 8.1 million people were affected.

Within 48 hours of the earthquake devastating Nepal, GlobalMedic’s Rapid Response Team was deployed to respond by providing humanitarian aid including clean water and hygiene items.
